We’re hiring a Project Manager who can run creative operations, track deliverables, and maintain strict QA before anything goes live.
You’ll work directly with our Fulfillment Director and coordinate with our designers, editors, and operations team to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You must be highly organized, confident, detail-obsessed, and able to think and decide independently. We don’t want a “task-taker” — we want someone who sees problems before they happen and takes ownership in fixing them.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily task flow in ClickUp
• Coordinate deadlines with creative team (editors, designers)
• Proofread and perform strict QA on deliverables before publishing
• Manage and update content in Buffer
• Track automations and campaign assets in GHL (GoHighLevel)
• Communicate clearly inside Slack
or Discord
• Identify blockers and move things forward proactively
Requirements
• 2+ years of project management or operations experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong proofreading and QA skills — no shortcuts
• Familiarity with ClickUp, GHL, Buffer (or similar tools)
• Can make decisions and work independently
• Must have no other jobs — this is a full-time, focused role
